While we have to wait until 2021 for the next time we can meet for mental calculation competitions, the Mind Sports Olympiad is running most of their usual events online during the month of August!
In particular on the 15th August 2020, there will be an online mental math championship – open to all ages.
Competition Format
The competition will be held via video conference, with participants racing against each other to solve each calculation question.
All participants will compete in the qualification round, and the top participants will progress to the semi-final and the final.

This contest will be streamed live so that other people can try out the questions for themselves, discover something about mental calculation, and see the skills of all the participants!
